All students must receive the flu vaccine by 20 Dec. 2024
The annual Flu Vaccine is required for ALL enrolled DoDEA students. Â Deadline is Dec. 1, 2024!
Provide proof of vaccination to the AMHS School Nurse via email before 1 Dec. 2024.Â
There is one more walk-in flu line opportunity on 11 December from 1630-1800 at the RAFA MTF.Â
If you are unable attend the flu line, you may call the 423rd MDS at 0148084-2273 option 1, to schedule an appointment. You MUST email the danielle.boyett@dodea.edu with your scheduled date and time if after 11 December. This will satisfy the requirement for enrollment purposes.Â
