All DoDEA students are required to receive the annual flu vaccine by 20 Dec. 2024.

The annual Flu Vaccine is required for ALL enrolled DoDEA students.  Deadline is Dec. 1, 2024!

Provide proof of vaccination to the AMHS School Nurse via email before 1 Dec. 2024. 

There is one more walk-in flu line opportunity on 11 December from 1630-1800 at the RAFA MTF. 

If you are unable attend the flu line, you may call the 423rd MDS at 0148084-2273 option 1, to schedule an appointment. You MUST email the danielle.boyett@dodea.edu with your scheduled date and time if after 11 December. This will satisfy the requirement for enrollment purposes.
