Required Documents: Yearly Sport Physical, Inherent Risk Form, Drug and Alcohol Policy Form, Parent and Student Agreement Form, Student Athletic Code, Student and Behavior Expectations.  Student must maintain a 2.0 GPA or above with no more than 2 F's at any time; 10 practice dates before first competition; and meet the other parameters referenced in the DoDEA Europe Interscholastic Athletics Program Manual.
